Full Description

Job Description: • Oversee multiple products including Year End, ACA Reporting and Pay Statements. • Focus on strategy, product alignment, market intelligence, insight, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional consistency. • Be contributor to broader EES strategy, ensuring the roadmap supports enterprise objectives. • Drive both internal and external evangelism, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion opportunities, including M&A exploration. • Manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, encouraging performance and a culture of accountability. • Hire, coach, mentor, and performance management across the product organization. • Serve as the bridge between product teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross-functional effectiveness. • Promote strategy and communicating product roadmaps to audiences at all organizational levels. • Build a team that is bold, innovative, collaborative, and pushes boundaries. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years of experience building software products. • 5 + years of experience in employer services, with expertise in payroll, tax statements, and/or ACA experience. • Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms. • Experience with Agile/Lean software development methodologies. • Employer Services Industry Expert – Deep experience in employer services with a focus on operations, client success, compliance-heavy products, and product management. • Experience leading, influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders and teams. • Experience managing initiatives from concept to execution with minimal structure. • Experience in client engagement, industry evangelism, partner collaboration, and external thought leadership • Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes as well as learn new products and industries.
