Full Description

Description: • Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities • Be the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions across the organization • Lead an IGA team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies • Integrate automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and proactive risk management • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide access control policies, standards, and governance frameworks • Monitor and improve program effectiveness through Measurements • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and manage identity-related risks • Report to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Requirements: • 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, including 5+ years leading IGA programs • Experience in product ownership or management of security technologies • Background in developing IGA strategies and architectures in large enterprises • Hands-on expertise with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity • Knowledge of access control principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards • Mentorship experience and ability to present technical topics to a variety of teammates • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA • Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field Benefits: • Great compensation package and bonus plan • Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K • Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office • Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays • Variable pay opportunity • Explore all our exciting benefits here: https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.html
