Join our team as a UI Claims Analyst and play a key role in supporting our clients through unemployment insurance claims process—all from the comfort of your home. What you'll be doing: Audit and update claim response templates for accuracy and effectiveness. Communicate with clients to gather documentation. Draft and submit responses to new claims Track claim outcomes and identify trends. Analyze claim success rates. Report on volume and outcomes to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes. Advise clients on appeal options. File appeals and confirm hearing schedules. Analyze appeal outcomes and identify patterns. Recommend improvements to appeal strategies. Schedule check-ins or coaching sessions with clients. Share best practices and process improvement suggestions. Evaluate client satisfaction and engagement. Ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards. Stay updated on changes in state agency requirements. Identify opportunities to promote Experian's services during client interactions. Share feedback from clients that could inform product development. Collaborate with marketing or product teams on outreach efforts.
