Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Propose additional services and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust tactics as needed to ensure targets are met. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of staffing solutions. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts. •
