The FF&E Coordinator is responsible for managing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedules, procurement, and installation to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards. This role supports project managers and stakeholders by coordinating vendors, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain FF&E schedules and procurement plans. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. • Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and quality requirements. • Track inventory and manage closeout documentation. • Assist with issue resolution related to FF&E during project execution. • Maintain organized records and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Experience in procurement, logistics, or project coordination preferred. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business, design, or related field a plus. • 1-2 years of experience in coordination, procurement, or project support roles. • Familiarity with furniture, fixtures, and equipment processes or construction industry standards is desirable. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
