Role Description We are looking for passionate Communications & Outreach Volunteers to support our mission by helping us expand visibility, engage new audiences, and build strong partnerships with donors, institutions, and communities. Responsibilities • Support social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Idealist updates). • Assist with drafting newsletters, blog posts, and donor communications. • Help identify and connect with potential partners, volunteers, and donors. • Research media outlets, foundations, and cultural institutions for outreach. • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute creative ideas. Requirements • Strong interest in arts, social impact, or philanthropy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms). • Previous experience in communications, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus, but not required.
