Job Description Job Summary Oversee and optimize loan operations processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Manage and implement robust control frameworks for loan modifications, vendor scorecards, reconciliations, and statutory letters. Partner cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation. Job Duties • Analyze operational processes to identify implement improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance while reducing costs. Partner with leadership and support teams to align and execute process changes effectively • Monitor operational performance through audits and KPIs, address escalated issues, and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Lead initiatives to implement new technologies, tools, and systems, facilitating adoption through guidance, training, and cross-departmental communication. • Manage project plans and change management efforts, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and with proper support for team members. • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, outlining process performance, improvement strategies, and project progress, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Education and Work Experience • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred • Work Experience: 5+ years in auto finance operations (5+ specialty groups required for specialty teams) • Strong understanding of operational processes and workflows, with the ability to design, implement, and improve them effectively. • Experience managing or overseeing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess operational data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with process improvement or workflow management software. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices relevant to operational management. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality while driving efficiency. • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop practical solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. #LI-Remote • College degree or equivalent work experience. • Six (6) plus years of bankruptcy experience. • Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy regulations and requirements is required. • Prior experience in auto lender bankruptcy is strongly preferred. • Advanced communications and analytical skills Exeter Finance LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
