A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree desired. Candidates should have 1+ years in auto finance operations and experience in loan application processing, along with good communication and organizational skills.

Job Description Job Summary Responsible for reviewing loan applications and verifying information to complete retail funding processes, while ensuring achievement of monthly performance goals. Supports daily operations by ensuring compliance with company policies, state and federal laws, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to impact business outcomes. Job Duties Processes loan files while ensuring accuracy, completion, and compliance with corporate policy, program guidelines, credit stipulations, and state and federal laws. Examines vehicle contract documentation to assess accuracy, including employment, address and identity verifications and title work, ensuring income qualifications are met. Documents pertinent information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all records. Performs credit investigations with dealers and other stakeholders to validate employment, income, insurance, collateral, and other approval terms. Communicates with dealers and applicable stakeholders (i.e. phone, email, and system documentation) to resolve missing or inaccurate information in order to process contract packages. Informs dealers of the company’s funding requirements to ensure optimal funding turn-time. Education and Work Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Work Experience: 1+ years in auto finance operations Previous experience in loan application or processing (Business, Personal or Credit line) with an emphasis on loan documentation, and State and Federal regulatory requirements. Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with various audiences. Good mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of work. Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, provide quality customer service, and promote a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
