As we continue expanding across North America, we’re seeking a Technical Account Manager who’s just as comfortable in the plant room as they are in the boardroom — a professional who can combine mechanical systems expertise with strong relationship management and a passion for technology. The Opportunity This is a hybrid role blending technical implementation with strategic account management. You’ll lead customer onboarding and technical delivery, while also building trusted partnerships with enterprise clients and ensuring long-term success. As Exergenics grows, you’ll have the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position — whether that’s as a senior customer success lead, technical solutions manager, or team leader overseeing regional operations. What You’ll Do Customer & Account Management • Serve as the main technical and relationship point of contact for U.S.-based enterprise customers. • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction. • Translate complex performance and energy data into actionable business insights for client stakeholders. • Support sales and business development efforts with technical expertise and delivery of outcomes for clients. Technical Implementation & Support • Lead onboarding, data integration, and platform configuration for new clients. • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure successful deployment of Exergenics’ optimization solutions. • Review and interpret HVAC system schematics, handing over to the engineering team for model development. • Provide technical training, guidance, and best practices to customer teams and partners. • Monitor performance and proactively address client needs to ensure the absolute highest level of service for clients. Growth & Leadership • Contribute feedback to product and operations teams to enhance the customer experience. • Help define and improve internal processes for scaling technical delivery and client support. • Opportunity to grow into a senior or team management position as Exergenics expands its U.S. presence. What You’ll Bring • 2+ years’ experience in mechanical services, HVAC, building systems, or energy management. • Strong technical foundation — understanding of HVAC plant operations, controls, and energy performance. • Experience managing clients, projects, or service delivery (SaaS or technology-enabled solutions a bonus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders. • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized. Must thrive in a remote and fast-moving environment. • Curiosity and comfort with technology, analytics, and continuous learning. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Energy, or related field (preferred).
