The role involves working on active web projects, shipping features, fixing bugs, and improving performance while gaining real-world experience and mentorship. Responsibilities • Ship small features • Fix bugs • Improve performance using Vue, Nuxt and basic backend using Java, Spring Boot • Versioning with VS Code, Postman • Coordinate with teammates across time zones • Contribute to sprints • Participate in issue triage • Write clear code • Document changes • Follow simple review checklists • Participate in lightweight stand-ups • Keep tickets updated • Align small deliverables to release timelines Skills • Open to students, graduates, or career switchers. • Comfortable with self-paced online learning. • Effective communication skills in English. • A personal computer with stable internet access. • Familiarity with GitHub or version control is a plus. • Eagerness to learn modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Django.
