The position involves working on web projects, collaborating with the engineering team, and contributing to UI builds, API endpoints, and database updates. Responsibilities • Work on active web projects that reach real customers. • Tasks span UI builds, API endpoints, and database updates using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap on the front end and Python, Flask with MySQL on the back end. • Day-to-day collaboration with the engineering team, sharing updates and reviewing changes before release. • Break down tasks, communicate blockers early, and verify work against acceptance criteria. • Participate in lightweight stand-ups, keep tickets updated, and align small deliverables to release timelines. Skills • Open to students, graduates, or career switchers. • No Prior Professional Experience Required. • Eagerness to learn modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Django. • Comfortable with self-paced online learning. • Motivated to build a career in development. • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
