Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be open and willing to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
