Walton, KY - Receiving Manager: EXE Logistics is looking for an energetic, responsible, "hands on" leader that possesses the drive and initiative to be a “best in class” service provider for our facilities in Walton and Hebron KY. This position will have complete oversight of our two building operations. Hours are Monday thru Friday 1st shift, 6:30 AM until finished, with occasional weekend work as needed. Bilingual is a preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Must be dependable & dedicated to the company & customer. • The ability to coach, mentor, and train associates. • Has to be safety conscious and prioritize safety in the operation • Hands-on leader that actively participates alongside our team in the unloading & lumping process. • Has the ability to staff/ manpower plan for projected unload volume as well as adjust staffing during the current shift to ensure maximum efficiency. • Must have an ability to communicate effectively with our customer(s), conduct meetings on service levels and process improvements. • Will hold associates accountable for attendance, performance, and safety metrics. • Manager must be able to resolve conflict professionally and objectively. • Must be computer literate and knows how to use Microsoft office. (Excel / Word Email) • Must be an open-minded team player that can collaborate well with others • Consistently look for ways to improve individual, team and company performance. Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback when necessary • Familiarity with safety and OSHA regulations • Time management skills, organization, structure • Ability to effectively delegate authority and build company's bench strength for future leaders • High level of attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and provide follow up at all levels • Maintaining and filing of employee documents, safety training & certifications, company communications, etc • Be willing to take & pass both Drug test and Background check Please send resumes to cepperson@exelogistics.com, btaylor@exelogistics.com
