The Profile • North Jersey Rooted: Current residency in Northern New Jersey (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, etc.) is strictly required. • The Connector: You have a verifiable, active network within local colleges, Greek life, student orgs, or professional community hubs. • Strong Communicator: You are persuasive, professional, and able to represent a high-level initiative to your peers. • Execution-Focused: You are a self-starter who thrives in an independent, results-based environment.
