Full Description

• Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Data Models Roles and Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Architecture Implementation & Integration Design end-to-end data architecture using Salesforce Data Cloud, integrating with various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and external systems. • Define data models, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution strategies, and activation mechanisms. Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and security standards. • Lead the implementation of Data Cloud features including data ingestion, harmonization, segmentation, and activation. • Collaborate with integration teams to connect external data sources (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Mulesoft). • Oversee ETL/ELT processes and ensure data quality and consistency. • Work with business analysts, marketers, and data scientists to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide guidance and best practices to development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards. • Monitor system performance and optimize data flows and queries. • Implement scalable solutions to handle large volumes of customer data. • Create architectural documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. • Train internal teams on Data Cloud capabilities and usage. • Technical Competencies Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and core Salesforce platform. • Experience with Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration patterns. • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data processing. • Experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, and segmentation strategies. • Proficiency in tools like Mulesoft, Informatica, Talend, or custom ETL solutions. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and data connectors. • SQL, Python, Apex, and familiarity with JSON, XML. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, CRM Analytics). • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and Salesforce Shield. • Experience implementing role-based access controls and encryption. Certifications: • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred) • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer. • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
