Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients promptly, professionally, and courteously at the front desk or reception area • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently • Handle incoming emails, messages, and correspondence with precision and timely responses • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document management • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and resolving issues promptly • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and preparing reports or presentations Experience • Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills • Proven proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively • Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) • Creating weekly staff schedule • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Clocking student attendance Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents shine!
