The Role We need someone who can balance analytical thinking with relationship management. You'll oversee a portfolio of existing B2B accounts – companies that already work with us and trust us with substantial advertising budgets. The core of this job is understanding what makes campaigns successful, then using that knowledge to deliver better results for clients while growing account revenue. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth Manage 15-20 existing enterprise accounts with advertising budgets ranging from $50K to $500K monthly You will be working alongside a team that specializes in the Medicare vertical and working alongside Fortune 500 companies to assist with their marketing needs Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities Develop account strategies based on performance metrics and market trends Structure pricing proposals that reflect value and results Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in Salesforce Performance Analysis & Optimization Identify trends and patterns across accounts to drive strategic improvements Collaborate with internal teams to implement advanced campaign strategies Document successful approaches and share insights across the organization Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate solutions with technical teams Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations Handle escalations and challenging client situations professionally Build relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels Coordinate with internal teams via Slack to deliver client solutions What We're Looking For Required Experience: 1-3 years in B2B account management, SaaS, or digital marketing Proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts Strong analytical skills and problem solving Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed with minimal need for supervision Technical Skills: Moderate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis) Comfort with digital marketing metrics and KPIs Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly Experience with Google Ads or similar platforms is helpful but not required Work Environment & Culture This is a fully remote position. We communicate primarily through Slack and video calls, so you need to be comfortable with digital collaboration.
