Overview : Required Qualifications • Proficiency with at least two of the following monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus & Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent SaaS/OSS solutions. • Strong programming or scripting skills in one or more languages such as Python, Go, or Bash. • Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, cloud-native architectures including Kubernetes and Docker, and microservices design patterns. • Experience defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Experience with AWS. Preferred Experience • Experience with OpenTelemetry or proprietary tracing tools and implementations. • Knowledge of service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd and integrating their telemetry features. • Experience working within an FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
