About the Client Our client is one of the Big Four accounting firms and the world’s largest professional services network. Headquartered in London, they operate in 150+ countries with 460,000+ professionals delivering excellence in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory. The team you will join designs, develops, and deploys innovative enterprise technology and AI-driven tools to support the delivery of tax services. It is a dynamic group combining expertise in tax, software engineering, change management, and project management, working on initiatives from tool design and deployment to training development and engagement management. Project Tech Stack Azure Cloud, Microservices Architecture, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core services, Python, MongoDB, Azure SQL, Angular 18, Kendo, GitHub Enterprise with Copilot, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG Pipelines, Multi-modal LLMs What You’ll Do • Providing requirements analysis, system design, .NET and AI development, database engineering, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications with integration of AI/LLM services • Implementing agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) • Applying prompt engineering techniques - including design, refinement, and evaluation - to optimize LLM performance • Building and optimizing RAG pipelines leveraging hybrid search and vector databases • Integrating and experimenting with multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.) • Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards • Working both independently and collaboratively within the team • Providing clear instructions to team members and helping coordinate day-to-day operations • Communicating with the client on a regular basis • Providing technical leadership for the team – mentor, coach, and lead by example What You Bring • 5+ years of background in development • Strong background in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.) • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system implementation • Knowledge of multi-modal AI models and their practical applications • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) into enterprise applications • Experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems and developing agentic AI applications • Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases • Pragmatic approach to balancing process against flexibility in achieving objectives • Organizational skills, including the capacity to self-manage, structure work, set priorities, and work to deadlines • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Nice to have • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering • Skill for writing reusable libraries • Knowledge of Angular, Mongo DB, NPM, Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration • Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) English level Intermediate+ Legal & Hiring Information • Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more • Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions • Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
