Exact Staff is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing partnerships. This is a dedicated to sales and client relationship development within the staffing and workforce solutions industry. We are looking for someone with recent staffing industry experience who is energized by achieving goals, thrives on building business relationships, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year + Unlimited Commission Potential • Benefits: Car Reimbursement, Health Benefits, Career Growth Opportunities • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Drive new business through outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, client visits, and local networking • Develop customized workforce solutions for new and prospective clients • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers • Identify business opportunities within various industries and staffing verticals • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals for client acquisition and revenue growth • Collaborate with internal staffing teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery What We're Looking For • Recent experience in the staffing industry is required • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (car reimbursement provided) • Goal-oriented and motivated by financial incentives Why Join Exact Staff?
