Lead and implement strategic growth and commercialization strategies for oncology diagnostic products, manage marketing teams, budgets, and product launches in a regulated healthcare environment.
Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years healthcare industry experience, 8+ years marketing in diagnostics/biopharma/medical devices, 7+ years regulated environment experience, 5+ years leadership, oncology NGS marketing expertise, US work authorization.
Description: • Lead and implement strategic growth initiatives across the Precision Oncology Commercial team • Set product portfolio vision and commercialization strategy for Therapy Selection/MRD products across multiple customer and tumor types • Establish 18-month commercial strategy and execution plans and set clear product performance metrics • Lead marketing team to define product positioning, messaging, targeting, segmentation, and omnichannel marketing plans • Drive product launches including market access planning, publication planning, content development, market development, customer engagement, and lead generation • Ensure comprehensive training of sales and managed care teams on product positioning and promotional tools • Develop and manage commercial marketing budget and liaise with external vendors, agencies, and societies • Cultivate thought leaders, lead advisory boards and speaker development programs, and serve as marketing lead for review and approval of promotional materials • Supervise and develop staff, communicate goals, resolve conflicts, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or field as outlined in the essential duties • 10+ years of professional experience working in a team setting in the healthcare industry • 8+ years of marketing experience in the diagnostic, biopharma, or medical device fields • 7+ years of experience in a regulated environment, to include CLIA, FDA, CE, and IVDR • 5+ years of leadership experience • Demonstrated understanding of clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) marketing for oncology • Demonstrated understanding of market development and commercial launches for new products • Demonstrated ability to successfully market products in a highly competitive market • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Benefits: • paid time off (including days for vacation, holidays, volunteering, and personal time) • paid leave for parents and caregivers • a retirement savings plan • wellness support • health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage
