This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for the green industry, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Lead, coach, and mentor regional sales teams to exceed performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape contractors, municipalities, and wholesale clients. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams. Travel up to 50% to visit branches, customers, and industry events. Ideal Candidate Profile Location: Based in either the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast with easy access to major transportation hubs. - Required Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in landscape, horticulture, wholesale distribution. -Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field is a plus.
