5+ years sales leadership experience preferably in landscape/horticulture or wholesale distribution, familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools, and location in Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast.
Description: • Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with company goals. • Lead, coach, and mentor regional sales teams to exceed performance targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape contractors, municipalities, and wholesale clients. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams. • Travel up to 50% to visit branches, customers, and industry events.
