Windy City Limousine & Bus is looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals to join our onsite call center team in Broadview, IL as a Client Services Associate. As a Client Services Associate, you'll play a vital role in shaping the client's experience from the very first interaction. This position involves handling incoming calls and emails, accurately entering reservations, providing quotes, and delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll assist clients with booking transportation services and provide expert guidance with a calm, confident, and customer-focused approach. You'll also work closely with other departments, including dispatch, billing, and group services; to ensure every trip runs smoothly, professionally, and on time. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while multitasking under pressure. Whether you're helping a first-time traveler or a high-profile executive, you'll represent the quality and reliability that Windy City Limousine is known for. Available Shifts (3 Openings): Shift 1: Sunday - Thursday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Off: Friday and Saturday Shift 2: Tuesday - Saturday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Off: Sunday and Monday Shift 3: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00PM Off: Saturday and Sunday Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to transportation reservations Accurately enter and update client reservations in the system Provide quotes, vehicle recommendations, and service guidance Confirm reservation details with clients to ensure accuracy and clarity Modify or cancel reservations as requested, following company policies Communicate with dispatch and other departments to coordinate trips and resolve service issues Follow up with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Maintain a thorough knowledge of services, pricing, and policies Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ yrs Call Center or NON -RETAIL Customer Service experience highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading Fantastic customer service ethic with a focus on professionalism and quality Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and web-based tools Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Passionate, hard-working, and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality Dependable and able to meet deadlines and scheduling requirements Benefits: 401K, Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Growth and advancement opportunities Employee transportation discounts On-the-job training and support from a collaborative team
