About the Client Our client is an international company in the digital entertainment and fintech space, developing products that merge iGaming, sweepstakes, and financial technology for a global audience. The team is focused on building scalable systems and performance-driven marketing operations, supported by strong automation and cross-team collaboration. Role Overview As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the company’s digital acquisition strategy across multiple paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Your goal is to scale campaigns, improve ROI, and manage creative execution that drives measurable user growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies across social, search, and display platforms. Launch and optimize paid campaigns to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets. Manage budgets with a data-driven approach to maximize efficiency and results. Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to deliver effective ad creatives and landing pages. Track campaign performance using analytics dashboards and reporting tools. Run A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve performance. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and advertising policies to identify new opportunities. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Proven track record in user acquisition and web-based performance marketing. Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, analysts). Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-backed decisions.
