About the Client Our client is an international fintech company operating in the payments space, working with distributed teams across multiple regions. The business is actively growing and moving from a founder-led people model to a more mature, structured organisation. Role Overview This role owns the full HR function end-to-end. The HR Manager will become the main point of responsibility for onboarding, people processes, internal communication, and culture — fully removing the founder from day-to-day HR topics. The focus is on structure, clarity, team health, and long-term development, while being comfortable operating in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment typical for a growing fintech business. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, and retention Lead onboarding processes and ensure a smooth employee experience from day one Conduct regular 1:1s and maintain close communication with team members Monitor team engagement, performance dynamics, and overall atmosphere Implement and manage KPI and performance frameworks Develop and introduce internal HR policies, processes, and cultural standards Collaborate closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals The role involves communication with international employees and stakeholders Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience (people operations, not recruitment-focused) Strong understanding of HR processes, employment contracts, and people management Experience working in fast-growing or dynamic business environments Fluent English and Russian, with confidence conducting interviews and 1:1s High level of independence, structure, and ownership Key Soft Skills Strong empathy and emotional intelligence Ability to work calmly with complex or sensitive situations Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of company dynamics Structured thinking combined with flexibility in changing environments What We Offer Official employment contract (Hong Kong, Cyprus, or Poland) Fully remote work format Direct influence on company culture and people strategy High level of autonomy and trust Opportunity to build and scale HR processes from the ground up Hiring process Introductory interview Interview with leadership Final discussion and offer stage Apply in 2 min — take ownership of the people function and help a fintech company grow with structure, clarity, and a strong culture.
