Role Overview As a Recruiter at Evotym, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier fintech professionals. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure the best talent matches. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for fintech and other business roles. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Continuously improve recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within fintech. Fluency in Russian and English, with strong communication skills. Highly self-organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies. Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms. Key Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
