The company focuses on facilitating wire transfers, crypto exchange, and client support through a structured network of agents and Key Account Managers. The organization is currently expanding its operations across Europe and Asia. Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will manage daily communication with agents and clients, ensuring all payment and crypto-related operations run efficiently. You will collect KYC/KYB documentation, prepare contracts, and coordinate with internal teams such as finance and compliance to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. The role involves active communication with international clients and requires a solid understanding of payment processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and support agents and clients throughout the payment and crypto transaction process. Collect and verify KYC/KYB documentation to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Prepare and review client contracts and documentation. Communicate with finance and compliance departments to coordinate and execute wire transfers. Monitor ongoing transactions, resolve issues, and provide status updates to clients and agents. Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and assist with automation improvements. Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Requirements 2+ years of experience in fintech, PSP, EMI, or banking (client management or payment operations). Strong understanding of wire transfers, crypto transactions, and KYC/KYB procedures. Experience working with CRM systems and basic financial documentation. Fluent in English and Russian — the role involves communication with international clients.
