Role Overview As an Account / Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of B2B clients after activation and guide them toward stable, secure, and scalable use of the platform. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, fintech operations, and commercial growth. It requires someone who understands that working with money means working with precision — and that long-term retention is built on trust and clarity.
