At Evotix, we’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to play a key role in delivering high-quality Evotix 360 implementations, working closely with customers and internal project teams to configure solutions that meet agreed specifications. In this role, you’ll support and contribute to customer workshops, configuration, testing, and day-to-day project delivery activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. If you’re confident working hands-on with customers, comfortable taking ownership of your deliverables, and motivated by delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact across customer implementations. What You'll Do Operational Configure the Evotix 360 solution in line with agreed requirements and specifications. Assist with the setup, testing, and validation of solution components prior to go-live. Participate in client workshops and meetings to support requirements gathering and playback sessions. Contribute to delivery documentation such as configuration specs, UAT scripts, or knowledge transfer materials. Provide adhoc support and guidance to clients during implementation under the direction of a Senior or Principal Consultant. Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to standard. Internal Development Complete onboarding and training pathways to build knowledge of the platform and implementation methodology. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve delivery tools and team practices. Shadow and learn from more experienced consultants in design sessions, client interactions, and troubleshooting. What You Bring Experience & Skills Minimum 4 years’ experience post-graduation, preferably in IT or software implementation role. Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and Pentaho, and scripting tools such as SQL. Confident communicator who is comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, databases, or process-driven systems is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under direction.
