Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Analytics, with a preference for intermediate SQL skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Why this role Our Revenue Management Team optimizes the performance of listings on the Evolve platform by building market leading revenue strategy. The analyst arm of the Revenue Management team focuses on analyzing performance, rolling out revenue product improvements, and managing the implementation of solutions across the team. The Analyst, Revenue Management is a key member of the Revenue Management team tasked to ensure Evolve is the market leader in rental income generation for our owners. In this role, you will collaborate on our proprietary pricing algorithm, analyzing and auditing our revenue products, and contribute to the strategic success of our revenue products. What you’ll do Manage revenue strategy and application for assigned initiatives, becoming an expert in our proprietary pricing algorithm. Contribute to the rollout of revenue product enhancements to the portfolio by completing shadow release QAs and assessing risk of launch. Analyzes data sets to resolve issues, improving algorithmic outputs and go to market pricing to drive revenue for owners. Influence revenue product development by escalating blockers and opportunities, adding perspective from the business user side, and helping to narrow in on problem statements. Act as a point of contact for resolving listing performance, offering research, analysis, and operational data to help inform solutions. Contributes to ongoing and future projects and initiatives by utilizing unique skill set and viewpoint What makes you a great fit 3+ years experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Analytics Intermediate SQL preferred Analytical individual who can connect data to business goals and outcomes, capable of taking calculated risks, and thrives on delivering results Communicates proactively, consistently identifying blockers within our revenue products Ability to translate complex data into digestible outcomes and communicate to various audiences Driven by the desire to learn and challenge products, is always seeking the deeper why and asking what else A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance, or relevant experience preferred Compensation Annual base salary range: $70,000-$100,000, depending on relevant experience. Location All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
