Evolve Helath & Wellness is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic Laser Technician / Aesthetic Provider with 3+ years of hands-on experience performing laser and IPL treatments. This role focuses exclusively on energy-based aesthetic services, including treatments performed on the Alma Harmony platform. This position is ideal for a confident provider who can work independently, deliver consistent clinical results, and provide a high-end patient experience in a modern, integrated wellness setting. This role does NOT include injectables. Key Responsibilities • Perform laser and IPL treatments using the Alma Harmony platform, including: • Pigmentation and sun damage treatments • Redness, vascular lesions, and rosacea • Acne treatments and skin rejuvenation • IPL-based hair reduction • Conduct thorough patient consultations and treatment planning • Select appropriate settings based on skin type and clinical indication • Educate patients on treatment expectations, outcomes, and aftercare • Maintain accurate charting and documentation • Follow all laser safety protocols and clinical standards • Collaborate with medical providers in a multidisciplinary wellness environment Required Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on laser/IPL experience (required) • Direct experience with Alma Harmony strongly preferred • Experience treating multiple Fitzpatrick skin types • Ability to perform treatments independently without supervision • Strong communication and patient education skills Licensure (Michigan – One Required) • Licensed Medical Aesthetician • Registered Nurse (RN) • Nurse Practitioner (NP) • Physician Assistant (PA) What We Offer • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience • Flexible scheduling • Established patient base • High-end, modern clinical environment • Opportunity for long-term growth within an expanding wellness brand Important Notes • Laser/IPL experience is required • Injectable experience is NOT required and not part of this role • Applicants without hands-on laser experience will not be considered Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid training Work Location: In person
