Role Overview: As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights, you will play a critical role in partnering with leadership to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy. Your focus will be on optimizing revenue performance and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue operations with strategic business goals. - You will develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to ensure accurate and timely financial planning. - You will analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - You will lead the implementation of revenue operations tools and processes to streamline workflows. - You will provide leadership with actionable insights through detailed reporting and dashboards. - You will manage cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing revenue growth and operational effectiveness. - You will mentor and develop a team focused on revenue analytics and operations. - You will ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - You have experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and revenue forecasting methodologies. - You demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills. - You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational improvements. - You possess strong communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security technology or SaaS industry. - Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. - MBA or relevant advanced degree.
