Our team of highly trained and experienced medical professionals is dedicated to providing the best care possible to our clients. Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Remote Medical Customer Representative / Scheduling Assistant to join our team. This position will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Medical Customer Representative / Scheduling Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and care. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner - Schedule appointments for clients with our medical professionals, ensuring that their needs are met and their schedules are accommodated - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and scheduling information - Collaborate with our medical team to ensure that all client needs are met and that appointments are scheduled efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing client records - Communicate with insurance companies and other third-party providers to verify coverage and process payments - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Previous experience in customer service or scheduling preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Suppose you are a motivated and organized individual passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping others.
