Job Type: Subcontractor (Form 1099), Full-Time About Us: Evolution 12 is a fast-growing residential and commercial remodeling and construction company serving Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties. We specialize in home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom builds, and full-scale construction projects. Our team is close-knit, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a driven, organized, and proactive Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Russian to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. You will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and materials. • Conduct regular job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members in English and Russian. • Update project management systems, timelines, and documentation. • Prepare and track project financials, including budgets, change orders, etc. • Identify challenges early and take initiative to keep projects on track. Qualifications: • Construction project management experience (preferred). • Construction or engineering related education (preferred). • Must be fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written). • Strong communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. • Deep construction knowledge to communicate with the field crew, inspectors, etc. • Proficiency with software and Google Workspace. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Positive, teamwork-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
