The Job The Merchandising Operations Manager – Partner Fulfilled Programs owns the operational execution, governance, and scalability of evo’s partner-fulfilled commerce models. This role ensures that non-owned and partner-supplied assortments launch on time, transact cleanly, and meet evo’s customer experience and margin standards. Acting as the connective tissue between Merchandising, Operations, Digital, Technology, Finance, and external partners, this role builds repeatable processes around onboarding partners and assortments. The Company reserves the right to alter these benefits and perks in whole or in part at any time. *Benefit not eligible for seasonal employees The Opportunity Program & Workflow Ownership Own end-to-end order processing workflows across Drop-Ship, Revenue Share, Consignment, FBA, and Click & Collect programs. Maintain process maps, SOPs, and SLAs for each program type. Serve as the accountable owner for business strategy execution health and readiness. Vendor Onboarding & Governance Partner with Merch, Digital, and Operations to sequence launches Lead onboarding workflow for program partners — ensuring accurate setup, testing completion, and ops adherence. Serve as the internal owner for vendor operational readiness and ongoing performance reviews. Data Integrity & Product Readiness Ensure partner-supplied product data (PDPs) meets evo’s merchandising and brand standards. Govern PDP completeness, taxonomy, pricing accuracy, and imagery Support PI as needed for scaling Reporting & KPI Management Develop and maintain dashboards that track alternate program performance, including: Sales $, GM$, GM%, On-Time Ship %, Cancel %, Exception %, and PDP count. Partner with BI and Data teams to automate reporting across NetSuite and SPS data sources. Produce internal monthly partner and channel scorecards for cross functional team share outs. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process efficiencies in order management, vendor setup, and reporting. Partner with IT and Data teams to automate manual workflows and improve data quality. Requirements The Must Haves 5–7 years of experience in merchandising operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or omni-channel retail management. Strong understanding of EDI workflows, NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and order management logic. Proven ability to build and document scalable processes across multiple fulfillment models. Comfortable managing cross-functional programs involving Merch, Finance, Ops, Tech, and external vendors. Analytical mindset — able to translate operational data into actionable KPIs and process improvements. Strong communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Embodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8 The Nice to Haves Prior experience managing Drop-Ship, Revenue Share, or Consignment models. Familiarity with SPS Commerce integrations. Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent). Knowledge of outdoor or specialty retail industry a plus.
