Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.Job Description:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing local marketing and community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue for the venue. This role will support all Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, including event activation, partnerships, outreach to schools and military, local business collaborations, and tracking campaign effectiveness in alignment with brand standards.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:Event Activations and On-Site MarketingCommunity PartnershipsSchool Programs and DonationsMarketing OperationsMeasurement and ReportingSkills + Abilities included but not limited to:Ability to research, plan, and execute marketing activations independentlyStrong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional demeanor with a commitment to brand representation and community goodwillAbility to work flexible hours, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for eventsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic editing (Adobe Suite experience a plus)Creative mindset with a keen eye for detailContinuous learner with a growth mindsetTeam player with an upbeat, positive attitudeEducation + Experience:1–2 years of marketing, event coordination, or community engagement experience (entertainment, hospitality, or retail a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
