Position Summary: We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive HR Administrator to lead and streamline the administration, onboarding, and compliance of our contractor workforce. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, compliant experience for contractors and hiring managers alike. As the role evolves, you’ll take ownership of broader HR initiatives that support our team’s growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Contractor Lifecycle Management • Oversee end-to-end contractor processes: onboarding, extensions, and offboarding • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and tracking tools • Ensure all contracts, SOWs, and documentation are completed, signed, and securely stored • Compliance & Reporting • Verify contractor compliance: background checks, work authorization, training, etc. • Monitor assignment timelines and coordinate extensions or terminations proactively • Generate reports on contractor headcount, tenure, and associated costs • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination • Facilitate onboarding: system access, equipment setup, and policy orientation • Manage offboarding: equipment return, access deactivation, and exit checklist completion • Stakeholder & Vendor Support • Act as the go-to resource for hiring managers on contractor status and processes • Collaborate with staffing agencies and vendors to manage requisitions and resolve issues • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR administration experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience Desired Skills: • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Familiarity with contractor compliance and employment classification guidelines (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS/ATS platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $61,000.00 USD to $75,000.00 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
