Job Description: • Build lasting 1:1 relationships with veterinary specialist candidates—listening to their goals and guiding them through each stage of the hiring journey • Source and attract veterinary specialists through outreach, conferences, networking, and social media • Partner closely with hospital leadership across the EVG network to align candidate goals with hospital needs • Ensure a seamless, white glove candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding • Represent EVG at industry events, universities, and conferences—sharing our mission and growing our talent pipeline • Maintain organized candidate records and communications through our ATS/CRM system (Greenhouse) Requirements: • 2+ years of specialty veterinary recruiting experience is required • A relationship-builder who thrives on personal connections and delivering exceptional experiences • Strong communicator—professional, approachable, and trustworthy • Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple searches across regions • Experienced with ATS/CRM platforms and proactive sourcing methods • Willingness to travel to hospitals and industry events – Approximately 10% travel • This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone within an hour of an airport.
