Clay Expert / GTM Specialist We are a US-based sales & marketing firm with a focus on everything we can give our clients. Location: Remote (US overlap preferred) Role summary Build and own Clay automations and turn them into repeatable GTM playbooks that generate and qualify pipeline. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Clay flows for enrichment, dedupe, scoring, and CRM syncs. Integrate Clay with HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive, spreadsheets, and outreach tools. Create reusable templates, docs, and runbooks. Run GTM experiments (outbound sequences, ABM plays), measure outcomes, and iterate. Train teammates and troubleshoot data quality issues. Must-have 1–3+ years with Clay or similar no-code/data automation tools. Practical GTM experience with outbound playbooks and CRM integrations. Strong documentation and operator mindset. Nice-to-have Zapier/Make or API experience, basic SQL or scripting, and familiarity with Apollo/ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator. Experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
