Who you are: You have 3–5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or digital marketing You’re hands-on with HubSpot (or similar tools) and comfortable building campaigns end-to-end You have a strong data orientation and a testing-first mindset — always looking for ways to improve performance You can translate product messaging into campaigns that drive awareness, activation, and expansion You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and iterations at once You collaborate naturally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success You enjoy working with SMB audiences and understand the fast-paced, high-volume nature of SMB motion Experience with PLG, in-product notifications, or multi-product environments is a plus What you’ll do: Build and manage SMB-focused digital campaigns across email, web, paid, and nurture channels Own and optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and inbound flows to improve conversion quality Partner with Product Marketing to run product-led growth campaigns and in-product notifications Support Customer Success with low-touch expansion and cross-sell campaigns Track and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and key conversion trends Execute A/B testing across channels to continually improve engagement and results Manage always-on inbound programs that consistently fuel Sales Development Why You’ll Love to Join Our Team: We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your success, growth, and well-being.
