Who you are: You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or integrated campaign roles You’re hands-on with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation and ABM tools You’re a strong project manager who can organize complex programs and keep cross-functional teams aligned You’re data-driven and know how to interpret performance metrics to improve targeting, messaging, and results You collaborate naturally with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Brand teams You understand how to tailor campaigns to enterprise buyers, multi-stakeholder decision cycles, and longer sales motions You’re comfortable building personalized experiences across channels — email, ads, landing pages, events, and outbound alignment Experience with multi-product campaigns or account-plan orchestration is a plus What you’ll do: Design and execute full-funnel ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions Build and optimize enterprise nurture programs and cross-product campaigns that support multi-threaded sales cycles Partner closely with Sales Development and Sales Directors to create shared account plans and coordinated outreach Work with Brand, Events, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent campaign content and aligned messaging Manage and report on ABM KPIs such as account engagement, funnel progression, and pipeline influence Support launch campaigns and solution-specific motions targeted at enterprise audiences Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends Why You’ll Love to Join Our Team: We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your success, growth, and well-being.
