Full Description

• Personal Assistant/Studio Manager- to CEO of high profile business-woman • Must be proficient with IG, Twitter, TikTok, video, pictures, posts, editing • Ensure accurate, efficient and smooth administrative support to the CEO, CFO and VP of Construction. • Assist the CEO in managing several other business ventures spanning multiple industries. • Engage in complex & interesting commercial projects in NYC and New Jersey; potential for financial projects and budget proposals as well. • Keep accurate and up to date information, prepare documentation and support the overall operations of the CEO • Heavy calendar maintenance of CEO, including meetings, appointments, events, social itineraries • Manage & run personal & business errands • Work with event managers, PR team, and vendors to plan events, coordinate agendas, offer support for social media accounts • Complete various clerical duties, e.g. manage filing & receipt systems • Order office supplies, answer the phone and greet visitors/clients. • Cross-coordinate across multiple teams/departments on RFP response submittal • Accompany the CEO for conference calls, external meetings, interviews and events. • The right person for this role would meet the following requirements: • Able to multi-task, work at a fast pace with total accuracy and efficiency in support of the executive team • Good at teamwork and able to communicate with all company Directors and their teams. • Previous Project Management experience a plus; • Excellent mastering of all administrative tools, digital works and essential software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, browsers, etc.) • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to produce/write text that is in line with luxury company standard expectations; • Strong work ethic; • Flexible, adaptable and reliable; • Ad hoc and personal support, continuous self-improvement • Bachelor's Degree required • 2 years+ executive and/or personal assistant experience preferred • Work Location: NY • One location • Immediate Hire • Work Remotely - No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Office Suite: 2 years (Preferred) • Instagram: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
