Job Summary: As a cashier, you will engage with guests, providing them with information regarding the products and services Everglades Holiday Park has to offer, entering transactions, taking payment, and providing guests with directions for them to have an enjoyable experience at the park. Applicant must be friendly and approachable. Responsibilities: • Greet customers as they arrive at the store and provide them with. information about products and/or services. • Take payment in exchange of items sold. • Bag, box and wrap purchased items. • Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner. • Enter transactions in the register and provide customers with the total bill. • Sort and count currency and coins. • Issue receipts and change to customers. • Count money at the end and beginning of each shift. • Process credit card and check payments. • Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and marking prices. • Resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner. • Keep the work area tidy and clean. • Willing to work Weekends and Holidays. • Must have reliable Transportation.
