This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless integration of our products and services, and fostering long-term collaborations. As the primary point of contact, the KAM will deliver exceptional service and serve as a trusted advisor to our CDMO partners.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management: * Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key CDMO partners to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. * Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for growth. * Lead onboarding new CDMO accounts, collaborating with the Business Development team for smooth integration. * Manage contract negotiations, including pricing adjustments, ensuring terms align with company strategy.   Revenue Growth: * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing CDMO partnerships. * Develop and implement strategic account plans in partnership with Business Development and Marketing to meet sales and revenue targets. * Oversee promotional strategies and campaigns through Evergen’s Promotional Review Committee. * Collaborate with Commercial Operations to provide accurate account forecasting and align projections with business objectives.   Product Integration & Support: * Facilitate successful integration of our products and services into partner operations. * Provide training and support to enhance partner understanding and optimal use of our offerings.   Market & Competitive Intelligence: * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customers’ needs to inform strategic decisions. * Become an expert in the customer’s portfolio and competitive landscape within your segment.   Reporting & Analytics: * Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. * Leverage data insights to inform account strategies and identify opportunities for growth.     QUALIFICATIONS  * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
