The Opportunity As Head of Sales at Everfit, you'll lead our sales organization and be instrumental in scaling our business to new heights. You'll develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base across individual coaches, fitness studios, and enterprise training organizations. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets across multiple customer segments (individual coaches, small businesses, and enterprise clients) Build and scale a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers Partner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and revenue forecasts Establish sales processes, metrics, and systems that enable predictable, scalable growth Revenue Generation Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across all sales channels Drive expansion into enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships with large training organizations Identify and penetrate new market segments within the fitness and wellness industry Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation through close and expansion Team Development Build, lead, and inspire a world-class sales organization Implement sales training programs and best practices to elevate team performance Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Develop career paths and growth opportunities for team members Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation, messaging, and campaign performance Work closely with Product to communicate market needs and customer feedback Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and drive retention and expansion Align with Finance on forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue recognition Market Intelligence Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the fitness tech space Represent Everfit at industry events, conferences, and with key partners Build relationships with influential coaches, gym owners, and fitness organizations What You Bring Required Experience 8+ years of sales experience with at least 4+ years in a sales leadership role Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or coaching technology space Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with both SMB and enterprise customers History of implementing sales processes, CRM systems, and data-driven methodologies Skills & Competencies Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop long-term sales strategies while executing on short-term goals Team Builder: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decisions and improve performance Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for customer needs and ability to translate them into compelling value propositions Execution Excellence: Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all levels Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a growing company Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fitness, wellness, health tech, or coaching industries Background selling to both individual professionals and enterprise organizations Experience with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) Existing network within the fitness and wellness community MBA or equivalent advanced degree Why Everfit?
