Bachelor's in Business or related field, 4+ years in sales enablement or training, experience with sales tools and data analysis, strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Description: • Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials • Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement • Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness • Evaluate, deploy, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and professional growth • Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the sales team on enablement tools and training programs • Plan and execute any training programs and events that require in-person involvement; including Sales Kickoff Events and travel on an as needed basis Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training is a plus • Proven experience (4+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of driving sales performance • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales engagement platforms) • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail Benefits: • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid • Continued investment in your professional development • Day 1 robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend • 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting • Flexible and generous (FTO) time-off • Employee Stock Purchase Program
