As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, fostering lasting partnerships, and driving growth for both our clients and the company. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. This position requires an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for assigned partner or client accounts Manage day-to-day communication, inquiries, and relationship nurturing Ensure project deliverables, campaigns, or services are on time and aligned with expectations Track KPIs and provide regular updates or performance reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, programs, admin) to support client success Identify opportunities for account growth, engagement, or renewal Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity Help develop presentations, proposals, or reports as needed 2–4 years experience in account management, client success, or donor relations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working remotely and across time zones Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Passion for sustainability, nonprofits, or mission-driven work is a strong asset
