Internal Job Title: Financial Analyst FSLA Status: Full-time, Exempt Location: US Remote External Job Title: Financial Analyst Position Summary Ever.Ag is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, the Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide insights, develop financial models, prepare budgets and forecasts, and perform in-depth financial analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide financial guidance and recommendations on actual spend, operational processes, and financial planning. Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics. Develop financial scorecards, KPIs, and metrics to track performance and drive operational excellence. Support weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reporting to Operational and Finance leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, and accounting, to align on key business drivers. Evaluate financial trends and apply analysis techniques to support forecasting, budgeting, and annual operating plans. Provide recommendations to management based on insights from financial analysis and modeling. Conduct ad-hoc financial research and scenario modeling as required. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 2 years of professional finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and financial modeling. Experience with NetSuite and Vena Solutions is a strong plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other financial systems and data visualization tools is desirable. Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
