As a Senior Product Designer, you will design and shape the user experience for mobile, web, and digital products while aligning customer needs with business objectives. You will also contribute to the evolution of the design system and conduct user-centered research throughout all product phases.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of design experience are required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and accessibility design is preferred.
Overview As a product design team, we strive to simplify event planning and management for Event Organizers using the Eventeny platform and users engaging in our digital products. As a Sr. Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and helping shape the user experience for our mobile, web, and digital products, aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities into a cohesive design solution that upholds our Company brand. You'll play a vital role in the evolution of our design system, continuously refining and expanding it. In this role, you’ll demonstrate conceptual thinking and understanding of a product and its users. Eventeny is first and foremost customer-driven. Here’s what you’ll do Drive product experience strategy, interaction design, and creative solutions for complex user journeys Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and mock-ups to design key features shaping the vision of our event management platform Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams from early product stages to implementation Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and product planning Understand and advocate the role of design in the Eventeny product development process while championing for the needs of the user Conduct user-centered research throughout all product phases, including usability tests, prototype testing, and surveys Contribute and help maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all products Actively participates in design critiques, executive design reviews, studios and workshops Present design concepts and UX recommendations in the appropriate fidelity to effectively communicate ideas and proposed customer experiences (i.e. sketches, concept storyboarding, wireframes, user flows and prototypes) to a broader team and leadership Here’s what we are looking for Passion for innovative design and creative solutions, particularly in technology, and the event industry You are a curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic designer Advanced skills with industry-standard design and research tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Skillful and thoughtful design of user interfaces for web and mobile apps with a keen eye for emerging trends, user behavior, and interaction patterns. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work across the organization Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, with multiple projects, and adjust according to roadmap discovery and delivery schedules Organized, time conscious, and detailed oriented Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work demonstrating end-to-end product design experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field from a four-year university or equivalent degree from college. 5+ years of relevant design experience. Compensation This is a full-time position with a competitive annual base salary between $72,000-$90,000. The final offer will be determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. This is a remote position.
